Roll Top mesh fence is also called BRC fence, has a unique and use-friendly closed and rolled beam section at the top and bottom edge of each panel with no sharp or raw edges, usually made from heavy 5mm wires, which results in maximum rigidity and better safety. Roll top fencing panels is suitable where safety is a consideration, such as schools, sports, parks and playgrounds, and company premises.

BRC Welded Fence, also named triangle bending fence, roll top fence, is a beautiful, elegance and currently the most popular welded fencing system. Rolled top and bottom means no sharp or raw edges. It’s an open mesh system that allows excellent visibility making it widely popular among communities. It is corrosion resistance due to the entire weld fence panels, posts, brackets and clips are all fully galvanized items.

BRC fencing Panels:
BRC fencing PanelsThe roll top fence panels are made from 150 x 50mm and 200x50mm welded mesh using 3.0-5.0mm heavy-duty wire to achieve high strength and rigidity.

The roll top fencing panels is 3.0m wide and standard fence height is 1.2m, other heights are available on request. To achieve a range of fence height of either 1.2m or 2.4m, the panels are designed so they can be added in 1.2m stages. In this case one or more panels are fitted above the bottom panel with the rolled beam sections being clipped securely being clipped securely together.

BRC fencing Post:
The posts for BRC fence, roll top fencing panels are manufactured from hot dip galvanized 60 x 60 x 2.0mm or 60×80mm( others are available) square hollow steel section and are available from stock to suit fence heights of 1.2m or 2.4m. Longer posts for higher fences can be supplied. Panels are secured to the posts with steel clips and 6.0mm galvanized security fixings screwed into threaded inserts in the posts. All posts are supplied with protective plastic end caps.

BRC fencing Gates:
Swing gates are available to suit standard height in single and double leaf configuration with a twin wire welded mesh in-fill to match the your Roll top fence. Special sized swing gates or sliding gates can be manufactured to suit individual customer requirements.
